It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean R. Barnard of Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbrod Belanger and Albine Sarrazin Belanger; her sons, David, Joseph and Jamie Barnard; her siblings, Fernande, Leone and Marcel Belanger; and her great grandchild Brandon.
She is survived by: her husband Albert Barnard; her children, Carole Barnard of Poughkeepsie, Daniel Barnard (Karen) of Florida, Deborah Kelly of Poughkeepsie and Alan Barnard of Poughkeepsie; and her brothers, Paul and Robert Belanger. She is also survived by several grand children, great grand children, great great grand children and several nieces nephews and cousins.
