He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rugar and Gladys Lee Rugar. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Valentino; his children, Jane Stanquist (Gerry) of Salt Point, NY, Tina Dennis (Alan Winterhalter) of Elyria, OH, Nancy Smith (Richard) of Pleasant Valley, NY and Dennis Rugar (Stephanie) of Salt Point, NY.; and his siblings, Ray, Dave Rugar and Chris Rugar. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren.
