She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Eisenhardt and Elsie Eisenhardt; her siblings, Dorothy Lawson and Robert Eisenhardt; her nephew Joey Lawson; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Butsko (William Butsko).
She is survived by: her husband Bill Butsko; her children, Mark Butsko of Newburgh, NY and Dawn; her son-in-law Tony Buzzelli of Gainesville, GA; and her granddaughters, Lindsay Buzzelli of Austin, TX and Alison Buzzelli of Walnut Creek, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
