We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2022, at the age of 103, Mary A. Shea of Poughkeepsie, New York, born in Middle Hope, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maximillian Selig and Sarah Selig; her husband John R. Shea Sr.; her siblings, Joseph A. Selig, Martin P. Selig, Francis M. Selig, Maxine, Anna and Barbara; her sons, John R. Shea, Jr. and Timothy E. Shea Sr.; and her granddaughter Tracey Ann.
She is survived by: her son Robert J. Shea; and her grandchildren, John R. Shea III, Timothy E. Shea Jr., Kimberlyjo Ann, Kathy and Colleen. She is also survived by 14 Great-Grandchildren; 8 Great-Great-Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, Toys-For-Tots or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
