She is survived by : her children, Janice Cusano of Roanoke, VA and David Cusano of Jupiter, FL; her grandsons, David A. and Michael of Jupiter, FL; and her brothers, Frosty Martinez of Winslow, AZ and Ernest Martinez of Phoenix, AZ.
