Dyer (Poughkeepsie, New York), born in New Paltz, New York, who passed away on August 4, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Eileen Cromwell and Margaret McDonell. She is survived by: her children, Felix A. Tavarez, III of Poughkeepsie, NY and Amanda Tavarez (Anthony Strowden) of Virginia Beach; and her grandchild Giovanni Barrington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
