He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Albert and Bertha E. Gableman Smith. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Walker; and his sons, Bobby (Tammy Smith, Jr.), Ernest (Dolly Smith), Ronald (Dawn Smith), Dennis (Laurie Richards) and Thomas Richards of New York. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
