She was predeceased by: her father Ralph (Eleanor Gendts); her husband Kenneth Charter; and her stepsons, Kenneth and Kyle Charter. She is survived by: her mother Eleanor Gendts; her siblings, Katherine Fontanella (Gene) and Ralph Gendts Jr. of Poughkeepsie; and her stepsons, Gregory Charter (Alesia) of Poughkeepsie and Roy Charter (Crystal Storms) of Hyde Park. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
