He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Fells and Mildred Scott. He is survived by: his wife Ellie; his children, William P Fells III (Anne), Fonda Hassett (Ros) and Heidi Peters (Joseph); his grandchildren, William Fells, Kristopher Fells, Anthony Fells, Jacqueline Fells, Danielle Peters, Tyler Peters and Shane Hassett (Meaghan Hassett); his sisters, Barbara Pitt, Dorothy LoGiudice and Shirley Dillenbeck; and his friends, Joe Hues and Sue Hues.
