He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rule; his children, Christian, Jonathan and Gretchen; his wife Pat; his children, Chris and Eric; his grandchildren, Alexander, Allison, Sarah, Benjamin, Rebekah, Ryan, Luke, Cameron and Andrew Jacob; his great grandchild Caden Flora; his sister Anne Marshall; his brother-in-law Alec Marshall; and his children, Bruce, Scott and Nancy. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
