He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin Francis III and Ann Travers Hayes. He is survived by : his wife Calli; his daughter Sasha (Bobby); his sister Ann Marie (Rick); his nephews, Christopher, Rick and Kevin; his siblings, Kathleen (Brian) and John; his nieces, Maggie and Molly; his nephew Johnny; his brother Patrick (Marli); his nieces, Emily and Megan; his sister-in-law Marianne; his nephew Owen; and his niece Delia. He is also survived by grandson, and with friends.
