He is survived by : his children, Jack Kukuk (Emma Purton) of Milwaukee, WI and Wendy Weckler (Chris) of Shorewood, WI; his grandchildren, TJ and Olivia; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Young of Prattsburgh.
