He is survived by: his fiancée Rita Obas; his son Joseph Eric (Ricky); his grandchildren, Omar and Kayla Laguerre-Lewis; and his siblings, Marcelle Armand, Francois and Jeanette Laguerre. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and godchildren.
