She is survived by : her children, Juanita Ann Tarver, Michael Williams, Leon Smalls Jr. and Tony Smalls; her close friend Leon Smalls; and her siblings, Kate Mims, Geraldine Cochran (Jerry), Straddie Briggins (James), Pinky Zackery (John), Walter Cross and Walker Simpson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
