He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Jackson; his daughter Shantá Shaniqua Jones; and his brother Major Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Monique Smalls; his children, Diamond Jackson, Karizma Jackson, Denzel Jackson, Nazel Jackson and Arshela of Washington; his stepdaughters, Nakeema Eli (Thalmus) and Movonney Eli; and his sisters, Paula Jackson and Latoya Jackson. He is also survived by many grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
