She was predeceased by: her husband Elias Ilya Kosta; her son Orest Kuryluk; and her grandson Luke Kuryluk. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Marianna C. Holder (John) of Cary; her granddaughters, Margaret, Amelia and Lily of Montana; and her stepgrandchildren, Samuel, David and Allison Holder.
