She was predeceased by: her mother Marianne Nutting; her grandfather Joseph Epifaino; and her sister Brenda Bryant. She is survived by: her father Edwin Hurlburt; her children, Stephanie Annis (Kristina Annis) and Daniel Annis (Brittany Gregory); her sister Patty Peltier (Ron Peltier); her grandchildren, Hunter, Stella and Spencer; and her nephew Austin Peltier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
