He is survived by: his son Ray Fitzgerald; his siblings, James F. Capach of Maybrook, NY, Claire M. Clegg of Plattekill, NY, Cape Coral and Bertha J. Taylor (Melvin) of Newcomb, NY; and his niece Lee Stratton. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
