He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard "Ben" Skelly and Grace L. Skelly (Desbrow); his wife Carol A. Skelly (Carney); and his former wife Suzanne M. Coxford (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Coda Skelly and Sharon Coxford-Yingst; his niece Kathy Bassett; and his stepchildren, Karen Essom, Debbie Blair and Bud.
