With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jac Kachurak Jr. (Red Creek, New York), born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on November 25, 2019 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his father Jac F. Kachurak Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Marylou Colvin; his siblings, Matt Kachurak and Stephanie Kachurak; and his children, Kirstie Kachurak, Cody Kachurak and Joshua Kachurak. He is also survived by his grandchildren, many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
Donations will be accepted at Little Sodus Inn, Fair Haven, NY to help offset the cost of funeral expenses.
