He is survived by: his friend Butch; his siblings, Thomas and Kathleen Haughney; his niece Kiran McCarthy; his brother-in-law Patrick Haughney; and his sisters, Maureen McCarthy, Peggy Sheridan (Jack) and Loretta Slattery (Henry).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hillebrand Funeral Homes, Inc. (63-17 Woodhaven Blvd, Flushing, NY 11374). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Resurrection-Ascension Church (85-26 61st Rd, Rego Park, NY 11374).
In lieu of flowers, donations would be gratefully appreciated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
