She is survived by : her daughter Kristina "Tina" McCarthy (Joseph Schultz); her siblings, James Johnson (Myra), Gail Parker (Sam), Lee Johnson (Donna) and Robert Johnson (Debbie); her granddaughter Katie Schultz; and her nieces and nephews, Jackie Sousa (Chris), Megan, Jillian Sousa, Candise Durivage (Jamie), Amanda, Jonathan Durivage, Russell, Mark (Janelle), Neala, Kristy Riccio (Justin), Natalie, Charlie, Ruby, Sara Guzman (Jason), Annabelle, Avery, Aiden, Patricia Zdunczyk, Taylor Hicks (Steve), Marleigh, Waylon Hicks, Jarrid Rogers, Cheryl Haeffle (Don), Emily, Jesse Haeffle, Jenny, Heidi Johnson, Julie Griggs (Aaron) and Steven Zdunczyk.
