He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Sousa and Beulah Fisher Sousa. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Sousa; and his children, Terra Lasher, Robin Lange and Stephen Sousa. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 beautiful great granddaughter.

The family asks any donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation in Dave's honor.
