With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy A. Reid formerly of Rensselaer, New York, who passed away on December 14, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy A. Reid to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Delk and Lonnie Delk; her husband Joseph T. Reid Sr.; and her siblings, Rosemary Davenport and Michael Delk.

She is survived by : her children, Rosemary Byron (David), Dorothy Weaver (Lawrence), Kathleen Tartaglia (James), Joseph T. Reid Jr. (Sharon Felicia) and James Reid (Tiffany Herrick); and her grandchildren, Christopher Byron (Jaclyn), Kelly Loudis (Scott), Kristen Hayes (Thomas), Michael Tartaglia, Annie Hassan (Abukar) and Joseph T. Reid III (Heather). She is also survived by 5 children, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Out of an abundance of caution, due to the COVID pandemic, services for Dottie will be private.
