He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Ellen Callahan; his brother Abe Callahan; and his parents, James A. Callahan and Doris M. Dillon Callahan. He is survived by : his children, Jim Callahan of Rochester, Dennis Callahan of Rochester, Tom Callahan (Vicki) of Webster and Brenda Callahan of Rochester; his stepchildren, Jeff Farruggia (Linda) of Louden, TN and Jill Foote (Ken) of Retsof; his grandchildren, Tracy Coleman (Jay), Adam Foote of Retsof, James Foote (Bonnie) and Elaine Barr; his sisters, Sheila Schafer (Hank) of Warsaw and Libbie Pennock of Pittsford; and his sisters-in-law, Dixie Chichester (Larry) of Piffard and Mary Bernecker (Art) of Retsof. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
