He is survived by: his spouse Jan Campbell Waters; his children, Steven Waters and Jennifer Kenyon; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Benjamin and Colin; and his siblings, Margarette, Amarylla, Adelaide, Kathleen, Sheila and David.
