We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2022, at the age of 90, Anne Hornacek of Richfield Springs, New York, born in Salisbury Center, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John Hrynda and Anna Pytel Hrynda; her husband John Hornacek Jr.; her brothers, Metro, Steve, Bill and John Hrynda; her brother-in-law John Sadlon; and her son-in-law John O'Connor.
She is survived by : her daughters, Linda O'Connor of Richfield Springs, Christine Slocum (Gregg) of Liverpool, Susan Daley (Bob) of Latham and Kathryn VanNess of Aberdeen, NJ; her sister Mary Sadlon of Richfield Springs; her grandchildren, Michael, Kristin, John, Louis, Bobby, Alexa and Marissa; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Gavin, Charlie and Avery. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
