He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fasullo and Frances Fasullo; and his brother Tom Fasullo. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Hyrkas; his siblings, Marie Zodda and Vincent Fasullo; his sons, Greg Fasullo (Ashley), John Fasullo (Lisa) and Todd Fasullo (Andrea); his stepdaughters, Dawn Woo (John) and Lori Christiano (Bill); and his grandchildren, Carter, Samantha, Willie, Emma, Harley, Rachel, Lia, Owen and Jolie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

To protect the health of friends and family members during the current pandemic, no services will be held.
