He is survived by : his wife Valerie Langan (Dolan); his children, Frank Langan (Roda), William Langan, Carolyn Langan (Jay Osman) and Susan Langan; his step-children, Ilene Barone (Gaspar), Frank Sclafani (Victoria), Lori Sclafani and Joseph Sclafani (Olivia); his grandchildren, Matthew, Corey, Caitlyn, Camryn, Dylan, Michael, Max, Fallon, Shawn, Shannon, Megan, Erin, Tara, Zack, Taylor, John, Jessica, Ava, Samantha, Francesco, Maria, Madalynn, Gianna and Alana; his great grandchildren, Samantha, Lucas, Valerie and Isabella; and his former wife Margaret Dietz (Pegge).

Visitation was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the R. J. O'shea Funeral Home (94 E Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays, NY 11946). A mass was held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Church of St. Rosalie (31 E Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays, NY 11946). A burial was held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
