He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his sons, Michael (Michelle), Donald (Susan) and Peter (Thalia); his grandchildren, Timothy, Brian, Christina and Amanda; and his brother Martin (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
