She was predeceased by: her parents, Dimitrios Gitsis and Eleftheria Gitsis; and her son-in-law Sotirios Strembenis. She is survived by: her husband Damianos; her daughters, Dina Ioannidis (Nik) and Teri Strembenis; her grandchildren, Anastasios, Stavros, Damianos, Dimitri, Angeliki, Kostandina, Angelos and Stefano; her sisters, Efsevia Manou (Chris), Stavroula Ekonomidis (George) and Olga Kiriakidis (John); and her siblings-in-law, Stavros, Dimitrios (Cleopatra), Panagiotis Tamoutselis (Fani) and Agora Marou of Greece. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
