He is survived by: his wife Domenica Lentine; his children, Lani Lentine (Jose Rosario), Salvatore C. Lentine (Erica) and Charles S. Lentine, III (Melissa Wahl); his stepchildren, Michela Maiola Peters (Ben), Anyhony Maiola (Amy Johnson) and Elizabetta Maiola Schwartz (Scott); his sisters, Phyllis Breedlove (Steve), Geraldine Watson and Rosemary Lentine Rogers (Jeff); and his pet Luna Kitty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
