He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Waringa and Dorothy Waringa. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Waringa (Beisheim); his children, Adam Waringa (Jennifer), Katelyn Moll (Scott) and Jack Daniel Waringa; his brother Craig Waringa (Sue); his parents-in-law, Richard and Martha Beisheim; his grandchildren, David, Charlie, Arthur and Hunter; and his pet Minnie. He is also survived by several cousins, family members, many friends.
