He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Billingsley and Betty Billingsley (Haldeman); and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Diane K. Billingsley (Harris); his daughters, Marabeth Galardi (Robert), Kimberley Panepento (Brian) and Christine Hearty; his grandchildren, Alexa Stitt (Mark), Justin Galardi (Brianna), Abigail Billingsley and Joshua Hearty; his sisters, Bonnie McMullen and Pat Shinnick (Terry); and his great grandchildren, Camden Stitt, Kylie Stitt, Avery Stitt and Jackson Stitt. He is also survived by his family and grandchildren.
