He was predeceased by: his father Gerry; and his brother-in-law Michael Civiletti. He is survived by: his wife Neeci Packard; his mother Ginny; his siblings, Daniel, Lorraine Sullivan and Regina Civiletti; his siblings' children, Paul Civiletti, Jack Sullivan, Marie Grimes, Angela Civiletti and Amara Grimes; and his stepchildren, Katrina Gerew, Doria Gerew and Vincent Gerew. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
