He was predeceased by : his parents, James W. Cicero, Sr. and Isabel E. Cicero. He is survived by : his sons, Richard W. Cicero and Joseph C. Cicero (Greta); his fiancée Maureen Mitchell; his grandchildren, Kristina Conklin (Paul), Jonathan Cicero (Brianna Dennis), Jared Cicero (Naomi), Riley Cicero and Andrew Cicero; his great grandchild Charlotte Conklin; his stepchildren, Melissa Shaw (Nathan) and Benjamin Bruce (Stacey); his siblings, Catherine Cicero, Robert Cicero (Eugenia), Richard Cicero (Kelly), Kimberly Austen, Jill Cicero, Paul Cicero (Ernestine Shumaker), Thomas Cicero (Terri) and Anne-Marie Allen; and his friend Richard Chiverton. He is also survived by many stepgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
