Bell in Rochester, New York, born in Gouverneur, New York, who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Morse and Marjorie Morse (Hills); her brother Gary Morse; and her daughter Kimberly Bell. She is survived by : her husband Jack Bell; her sisters, Norma Reynolds (Joe), Linda Hance (Larry) and Judy Bigalow (Kevin); her children, Melody Hoffman and Robert Bell; her grandchildren, Ben, Emma Hoffman, Cody, Alicia Hoffman, Robert, Keirsten Bell, Remminton Bell, Shelby, Emma Bell and Ross Bell; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Delaney, Laila, Jack Hoffman, Carter Whitmarsh, Lucy, Sadie Hoffman, Robert III, Oaklynn, Reign Bell, Gunner and Grayden Bell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
