She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Fahy; and her grandson James Peter Leveque. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Fahy (Paula), Kathleen Leveque (Richard) and Sally Fahy; her grandchildren, Jason Fahy (Caragh), Neil Fahy (Charlotte), Carolyn Carpenter and Thomas Leveque (Jaylea); her great grandchildren, Conor, Declan Fahy, Ella, Grant and Hayden Carpenter; her great great grandchild James Lincoln Ruffell; her cousin Katherine Anne Slocomb; Ann Slocomb.
