She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph P. Fazio; and her parents, Vincenzo Bertolami and Carmella Bertolami. She is survived by : her children, Marie E. DiCesare (Domenic), Camille A. D'Angelo (Sebastian) and Gary J. Fazio (Donna); her grandchildren, Karen Murray, Brenna Cooper (Seth), Colleen Duff (Brian), Rachel Sullivan (Kevin), Andrea Plumeri (Damon) and Pamela Rhoden (Shawn); her great grandchildren, Bailey, Zoey, Christopher, Sophia, Kaden, Aubrie, Adriana, Angelo, Gabriella, Carina, Lily and Brandon; and her brothers, Anthony and Michael.

Per NYS regulations, all guests are required to wear a mask and hand sanitize at the funeral home Mary's life story will be shared during her visitation from 11:00am until 12:30pm on Saturday, February 6th at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her funeral service will be held privately for her family.
