He was predeceased by: his son Scott Patrick Sullivan; and his mother J. Sullivan of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Sullivan; his daughters, Terry A. Sullivan and Kelly Petracchi (Kurt); his grandchildren, Scott Alexander Petracchi, Jordan and Devon Petracchi; his sister Dorothy A. Sullivan; and his friends, Dan DiMora, Frank Coons, Phil Goutremont, Dave Gerstner, Bill Hart, Charpit, Laura Laurer, Lisa Buckert, Jan Pettie, Kara Vincent and Kathy Kuhn. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
