She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Sortino and Donna Sortino; her sister Beverly Logsdon; and her parents-in-law, John and Gina Viapiano.
She is survived by: her husband Salvatore Viapiano; her daughter Rosalina Viapiano (Evan Witters); her siblings, Donna Proietti (Tom), Judy Richardson, Carol Marchese (Tom), Mike Sortino (Marcia), Roseanne Caparco (Dave), Tony Sortino (Lynn), Linda Mitrano (Ray), Barbra Potter (Sandy) and Louis Sortino; and her in-laws, Mary Billitier (Mike) and Theresa Versluis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bartolomeo & Perotto Funeral Home, Inc. (1411 Vintage Ln, Rochester, NY 14626). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
