He was predeceased by: his mother Carmelita; and his niece Angelica. He is survived by: his father Joseph (Julie Steinhoff); his daughter Jacquelyn Bokor (Steven); his siblings, Lisa Marcera (Salvatore) and Frank; and his grandchildren, Norah and Charlie.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
