He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Messina (Pettrone); his children, Sam Messina (Lorriann Tarana) and Andrea Giugno (Michael); his grandchildren, Christopher, Erica, Samantha and Michael; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Weston; and his sister-in-law Joyce LiVecchi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
