He was predeceased by : his parents, Franciszek Czerw and Marianna Czerw (Prazuch). He is survived by : his wife Agnes Czerw; his children, Darius Czerw (Jolanta) and Alexandra Dempski (Andrew); his grandchildren, Ewa Czerw and Andrew Dempski, Jr. (Terressa); and his siblings, John Czerw, Christina Czerw and Joseph Czerw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Stanislaus Church.
