He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia; his children, Peter (MaryAnn), Kathleen and Lisa Burton (Nathan); his grandchildren, Lawrence Lofzewski (Amanda), Nicole Keller (Kyle), Samantha Thibodeau (Patrick), Keriann Murray (Mark), Katherine Carney (Christopher), Tyler Burton, Janet Lazewski and John Grandazza; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Keller, Jacob Keller, Harper Thibodeau, Linnea Lofzewski, Miles Keller, Alara Keller, Finley Murray, Hailey Thibodeau, Simon Keller and Danielle Keller.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Anthony's memory to Nassau County Fire Fighters Operation Wounded Warrior or the Wounded Warrior Project—both causes that held a special place in his heart.
