He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Edward Canterbury and Thomas Kearney; and his stepgrandfather Billy Abbott. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Canterbury (Mary Brandstetter) and Kelly Canterbury (Greg Brock); his sisters, Jessica Dorsey (Ben) and Madison Black (Ethan); his stepsiblings, Stephanie Brandstetter Jennifer Brandstetter (Casey), Jeremy Branstetter, Judy Brock and John Brock; his fiancé Karlye Sides; and his grandmothers, Jerry Lee Canterbury and Teresa Abbott. He is also survived by many loving family members, friends.
