He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Pierkarski; his siblings, Richard Forsythe (Donna), John Forsythe (Catherine), William Forsythe (Melinda), Gregg Forsythe (Joyce) and Linda Forsythe; and his stepchildren, Sarah Pinkos (Steven), Joshua Perkosky and Joseph Perkosky.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rome Cemetery (1500 Jervis Ave, Rome, NY 13440).
