He was predeceased by : his father Richard; his brother-in-law Paul Crumb; and his friend Daryl Cook. He is survived by : his mother Carolyn "Kay" Conklin of Ocala, FL; his siblings, Linda Crumb of Brooktondale, NY and Mark Conklin of Ilion; and his sister-in-law Michele Conklin of Ilion.
