With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa M. McLean of Roslyn Heights, New York, who passed away on April 29, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob and Mary. She is survived by: her husband Gary Jacobs; her family, Bob McLean (Lisa), Maureen McLean, Anne Marie Zecher (late Steve Zecher) and Thomas McLean; and her sibling's children, Julia, Tom, Josie, Michael and Kevin.
She demonstrated her love for the art of Nursing by actively participating in the voluntary outreach program as in Healthy Sundays, and donating her nursing skills at the St Francis Hospital Health Fair to educate and promote health to the public.
