It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Starr of Roslyn, New York, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her former life partner Thomas Starr; and her husband John Chapple. She is survived by : her children, Thomas Starr, Jr. (Sharon), Christine Fetzer (Don) and Patricia Starr; her grandchildren, Christopher Fetzer, Nicholas Fetzer, Brandon Fetzer, Derrick Fetzer, Timothy Fetzer, John Starr, Leah Tokar, Ryan Arnold and Spencer Arnold; and her great grandchildren, Julian Fetzer, Benjamin Fetzer and Zachary Fetzer.
